When you submit a rental request we collect your name, email address, phone number, requested rental dates, selected vehicle, and any notes you provide. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

How we use your information

We use your information only to review, confirm, and fulfill your rental request and to contact you about that request. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

SMS notifications and mobile number non-sharing

Consent to receive SMS is collected through a web form on this website. On the booking form at marpexfleetrentals.com, customers may check a box that reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Marpex Fleet Rentals about my rental booking at the mobile number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Consent is optional and is not a condition of renting. The business owner separately opted in to internal booking-alert texts by entering their own mobile number in the app's admin settings.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold, rented, or shared. Information may be shared only with the messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the message.

Message frequency: approximately 1 message per booking request (typically fewer than 20 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Data retention and security

Booking records are stored in a secured database with access limited to the business owner. We keep records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the website or our Instagram page.
